Onsurity Techologies Pvt Ltd (Our Client ID is SBX_000374.) is a health benefit tech start up company. We have ready to integrate with M1 milestone, but we have a doubt on whether we can integrate M2 / M3 as well. Also it has been noted while talking to testing company like “Tata Comms” and “Suma Soft”, they mentioned that M1 alone wont get prod license from NDHM / ABHA.
Our understanding of M2: We need to build Health Information Provider (HIP) services to share digital records via Personal Health Records (ABHA) app.
Our understanding of M3: We need to develop Health Information User (HIU) services to provide view of patient’s medical history to authorized healthcare workers with complete consent.
Is a TPA / Insurer company eligible enough to integrate for M2 milestone. I heard about some thing named HCX which is probably for TPA or insurers to integrate. I could not find any documentation related to this.
