Why is the ABDM gateway is not sending callbacks for "/v0.5/users/auth/on-confirm" API

This was working fine till yesterday but did not work as expected yesterday. And today too.

Is there a way to know if this is ABDM’s system our ours which is responsible?

What can go wrong from an integrators end that an API which was working previously stops working (we did not alter the code much)?

After debugging it out, we identified that when the,

PURPOSE is sent as KYC_AND_LINK or KYC only at that time we are not receiving the callbacks at the
on-confirm API.

Can anyone shed some light on why is this happening?
