I am trying to implement the above scenario, how do I get a linking token?

The linking token is linking must be received from a LINK or LINK_AND_KYC from gateway
auth/init and auth/confirm

This token is used to link the health-record of patient with patient’s healthID.
(HIP-Initiated-Linking)

You will get a linking token for linking a care-context and token is valid for 24 hour from the time of creation.

in pipedream , the on-confirm call has access token so the liking token and access token are same right?
