What after sandbox exit

Hi,

Our team is designing an interface for onboarding multiple clinics which will be independent of NDHM apis as of now. I want to know if we completes the Sandbox exit, can we help our clinic partners to create client id & secret through our system using any NDHM Api. It is required because we like our customers/patients to identify the clinic name/id in there PHR app after a linking. i.e we don’t want our HIP/HIU credentials to be used for linking purpose of care data for every clinic. What is the plan in above scenario? Pls share any relevant form thread/NDHM Documentation so that the architecture team can go through.

Dear Navaneeth,

Your software will act as a Health Repository Provider (HRP) and integrate with NDHM APIs. HRPs get one Client ID / Secret for every instance of the software they deploy. Most HRPs are multi-tenant – ie they can onboard as many number of health facilities (clinics in your case) on the same instance. In such a case no additional client ids/ secrets are required.

Each facility must sign up with the Health Facility registry (HFR). Once signed up, there is an option in the HFR for the facility to say which HRP they are using. This is how the link between the clinic and the NDHM compliant software is established in production.
