Valid FHIR Sample for Simple pathology report (Attachment)

I am trying to validate the FHIR bundle provided on https://sandbox.abdm.gov.in/docs/diagnostic_report page. Copying the Simple pathology report (Attachment) FHIR bundle provided (second bundle in the page) results in validation errors.

Validator used - https://fhir.healthit.gov/validator

I need a valid sample FHIR bundle to integrate a simple pathology report (attachment). If someone can provide a valid bundle it would be of great help.

Thanks but the issue is, the FHIR document provided on https://sandbox.abdm.gov.in/docs/diagnostic_report is not a valid FHIR.

Also while validating, please provide downloaded package.tgz in advanced option to validate it against ABDM profiles. You can download package from: https://nrces.in/ndhm/fhir/r4/downloads.html
