V0.5/consents/hip/notify callback not coming to HIP

When click on the pull record button from PHR app, the v0.5/consents/hip/notify call back not received in HIP side.

From HIU, view records for consent granted requests, also not reciving the v0.5/consents/hip/notify to HIP side.

Please check. #its urgent
