/v0.5/consent-requests/init throws error message when care context is added

Hi,
In M3 /v0.5/consent-requests/init API, in request body with care context, API is throwing "Unknown error occurred".

API returns success message if “care context” is removed. However, while Approving the consent in ABHA mobile application it throws " Care context reference not specified".

Please look into the issue so that we can continue M3 testing.
