Unable to see Health Record in HIU Web Interface but shows in PHR APP

Below is the screenshot attached, is the data which was pushed using Data push URL as an HIP

Now i want to see the above record as an HIU in HIU Web,
So i have logged in to HIU Web interface https://dev.ndhm.gov.in/hiu#/

After the Consent is Granted and after clicking Right arrow in HIU Web:
No Information

Health information is unavailable for requested patient!

@ramkumar @sukreet The above health record should be fetched right ?

Yes @nik … Ideally it has to display the record in HIU web interface as i too get the same where it works for few patient and for few patient its showing No Information but data is shown in PHR App.

@Shubhanshu_Shukla - Can you help us in proceeding further with the reason for not fetching data in the NDHM HIU Web Interface.

Could be an issue with the data transferred or May be some data /acknowledgement/ API calls are Missing in those cases.
Need to check the exact scenario for such cases, Will get back to you soon on this.

Once the data is reflected on phr app after its pushed via data push url , that means the transfer is Valid right ?
PHR app works as HIU in backend so i dont think there might be any issue with transfer
