Unable to login to ABDM Sandbox due to login CAPTCHA failure. (500 error)

When going to https://sandbox.abdm.gov.in/sandbox/v3/ and logging in getting an error message

“system encountered an unexpected system failure. Please try again in sometime”, this error has persisted since morning.

After inspecting the the network tab, the error is with the capcha
