Unable to generate a phr address after generating abha Id

We have tried the following approaches:

1. Passed the healthId in createD with PreVerified api and received 500 server error but If we didn’t include healthId then we are able to generate the abha Number from this API only.

2. Using (https:// phr.abdm.gov.in/api/v1/phr/registration/hid/create-phr-address) API after generating abha Number also gives 500 server error.
   I have verified the request body and It has no faults too.

the value for the jsonobject in body part is base64 encoded or is this something different as i tried decoding this as base64 but this result in gibberish
