We are unable to create a HPR entry when we provide non null values for hprid, domainname and idtype fields.

If only email/txnid are provided in the /v1/registration/aadhaar/createHprIdWithPreVerified API then the HPR entry is created successfully.
Please provide guidance so that we can create a HPR entry with user defined hprid just like we do with ABHA addresses.
