Unable to login to https://healthidsbx.ndhm.gov.in/facility# , because credentials for the same were not sent to the facility manager email ID (which is verified).

NOTE: The status is ‘Draft’ because I opened the form after submission (which is a different bug: No way to close the form without saving the whole thing again)
