After filling out the form for facility on sandbox, the UI gets stuck at the loader screen, owing to one request failing (savefacInfoDtls), blocking the facility registry flow in its entirety. Needs urgent attention.
It must be intermittent issue. Pls try again. If you still facing the same issue, provide us the facility details that you are trying to register.
@139245: The issue persists. Attaching screenshot for the same. Happening every time. Facility details are generic, with only the mandatory fields filled out. Please let me know if console errors might help; will attach those screenshots as well.

Nevermind, Yagnesh. Figured out the issue. It is with regards to change of file location after ‘uploading’ for facility particulars (building photo, board, address proof etc).
