We are a healthcare provider (i.e a Hospital) who are empanelled for providing treatment under Ayushman Bharat. We are required to integrate our system as per ABDM guidelines.
We are at present using custom made software for registration of our patients which is based on codeigniter (php mysql).
We wish to integrate our software with ABDM. We have contacted with lot of registered HMIS Provider but their software is not yet as robust as ours so if we migrate to their portal, we will loose a lot of patient information on our database. Hence we decided to update our own HMIS as per ABDM guidelines and applied for the same.
We made application with solution type as HMIS and intent for request as Building Health information provider M2. But our application got rejected and reason given was incomplete information. There is just a option to select, so no information can be added in the application form.
What all options need to be selected for solution type and intent for request for hospital like us having their own custom made software.
And can somebody provide me the link to documentation which specifies the detail for the same?
