Thank you for providing the samples of the NRCeS samples. I need clarification on the the element ServiceRequestCategoryCodes. Are we expecting to have localization/extension of these codes, for example Imaging is a very broad category (see picture attached). It would be nice to further drilldown this category to the parent code of MRI/CT/X-Ray etc. An example would greatly help !

The ServiceRequestCategoryCodes referred are the example codes. Yes, more granular codes are expected in the category element. When referred for Diagnostic Procedure requests, any of 20,000+ codes from <<386053000 | Evaluation procedure (procedure) | may be coded here. The examples include 363680008 | Radiographic imaging procedure (procedure) | (X-Ray), 169069000 | Computed tomography of chest (procedure) |, etc.
