Service Timeout

Since 2 days we are not getting response from ABDM server on our server. We have checked it and getting no response. So could you please check whether our IP address is blocked on your server? If so, could you please whitelist it?

Destination: I am not sure what you need. We are calling the healthidsbx.abdm.gov.in and request time out due to idle status.
Port: Not applicable. We are calling the https://healthidsbx.abdm.gov.in/.

I might not getting your requirement to check this issue. please elaborate. I will share correct detail accordingly.

This traffic is from Singapore. Please ensure that you have static IP assigned for your application hosted on cloud. Static IP must be in Indian region.
