Sandbox exit process for PHR App and Health Locker

Greetings,

Are M1, M2, and M3 functional certifications enough for PHR and Health Locker or are there separate functional testing processes for these implementations? If so, please provide us with relevant information on how to get production access for PHR and Health Locker applications.

Please share the PHR App test cases with us. We’ve found that these test cases are being shared privately and since we’re building a PHR app ourselves, we desperately need this information.
