Testing the HIU flow, linking of careContext is required. EMR sandbox are not able to link the careContext and also patient initiated linking is not working in ABHA App. Also, EMRs are not pushing the data. This was working till few days back fine, issue is started coming from last few days only. Kindly resolve this as soon as possible?

Yes, I know. now a days some changes is going on PHR app that’s why we are not getting data properly. could you please provide the your details to us we will connect and close this issue.

It looks like that this issue is from sandbox HIP side(not from PHR side) as even if I call the APIs manually from postman to link the careContext(discovery&linkage) or fetch the data, still I am getting the same error. My contact detail is below:

we had call and we are connected with one of the Integrator Raxa and they are supported to add care-context on it and it is working fine. I’m expecting confirmation from you.

Hi @Govind_Deshmukh, ABDM sandbox EMRs are also not working and RAXA HIP is also not working(logging in is not happening in RAXA). Can you please help us here, we are blocked on this?
