Sandbox access : rejection message is not precise

Can someone from the support team please check and update how long it might take to get the access and hinderance ( if any) .
its more than 3 weeks that the request is placed.

I have re-submitted .And there was no option for editing . I have re-applied requesting the access from individual category itself. which is ‘rejected’ once again .

Please advice and support on how clear or elaborate the intent should be .
