Retrieval of abha number using Mobile OTP is not working?

I am not able to retrieve my abha number information using mobile otp method.
I am getting ‘invalid credentials’ error. Please check If

can you provide the screenshot of all headers as i am using only 10headers but in your screenshot, there are 12headers
