The FHIR Implementation Guide for NDHM has been updated (https://www.nrces.in/ndhm) for the following major changes:
*Two new Clinical artifacts introduced:

WellnessRecord: To record details of daily observations and conditions such as vital signs, body measurements, physical activities, etc. collected via PHR/various healthcare devices by a patient

HealthDocumentRecord: To support uploading and sharing of the scanned health document through the PHR application. Scope of this record creation is limited to the envisaged Health Locker while sharing and receiving may be possible through other components over NDHM.
