Kindly try by only passing the transaction ID in the request body and remove everything and kindly use this endpoint : v1/registration/aadhaar/createHealthIdWithPreVerified

@Bhaskar1 You cannot create HealthID i.e. ABHA number by using mobile flow. ABHA number can be created only by using Aadhaar.
