Regarding M1,M2,M3 testcases

I would like to touch base on the M1,M2,M3 testcases published on the sandbox abdm website . Listed below are a few queries I had regarding M1,M2,M3, and PHR .

So to give you a gist, We have successfuly completed the development of the PHR app and are looking forward to taking our next steps in the ABDM project.

  1. What is HRP? What are some of the software services that are HRP’s?
  2. There are two types of ABDM SANDBOX documentation provided, How is the old
    documentation different from the new documentation? Which one is to be followed?
  3. How is the PHR app related to M1, M2, and M3 milestones? Is it a combination of the 3 milestones?

MILESTONE 1:

  1. What is HIE-CM and how does it work?

MILESTONE 2:

  1. Is implementation of HPR(Health Professional Registry) and HFR(Health Facility Registry)
    mandatory if we want to implement HIP initiated linking?
  2. What is the difference between FHIR specification given in M2 testcases and the same in PHR testcases?

MILESTONE 3:
Post development of PHR app (which acts as a HIP) , are the HPR & HFR functionalities required to proceed further to create a PHR app (which acts as a HIU) by implementing M3 functionalities?

If there is any way we could connect via meet to address our queries, that would be highly appreciated. As this is a complex project I believe it is crucial for us to align on the next steps of our journey.

  1. HRP are those which manages HIMS/LIMS or any other software. Since ABDM is federated architecture, i.e ABDM gateway does not talk to the hospital, instead it talks to the endpoint URL which identifies the HRP (Health Repository Provider).

  2. Both documentation are valid, New documentation is broken down in parts for milestones for better understanding for integrators.

3.PHR app is personal health record app , a patient facing app which fetches patient record and stores patient record in the health locker. M1, M2 and M3 is for all HMIS, LMIS solution (for facility who use HMIS, LMIS, they can integrate for M1, M2, M3).

Milestone 1 HIECM - In milestone 1, there is no HIECM part included as milestone 1 is only for ABHA creation and verification.

In M2, if you have gone through documentation, you have to onboard test facilities for testing in sandbox before creating a patient visit/care context. Please go through HFR document for the flow understanding.

For M3 milestone- We have different test cases and API and both, however Functionalities works the same for both. If you are building PHR we can share test cases and API for the same.
