Regarding FHIR format

Hello all team . We are facing issue during fhir bundling . We have gone through all fhir format but Some medical data sections not available in the fhir standard format .These are Not Available Sections.
1)Diagnosis
2)Investigations
3)Counselling
4)Referrals
So please suggest us which fhir format we need to use for these medical data.

Have you checked https://nrces.in/ndhm/fhir/r4/ ?

Bundles available here are the ones that are approved by ABDM.
