Records not getting linked on Web EMR App

Hi,

We’ve been trying to use the web EMR application at https://emrsbx.ndhm.gov.in to create health records for patients; however after registering a new patient and adding a record (OP Consultation, Prescription etc.), the record does not seem to be getting linked. The care context cannot be seen under the Linked Facility section of the PHR app either.

Any help would be appreciated!

i use this account ,

Today add 2 patient. patient Name is Kamlesh.

Please Look here and provide update.
