Receiving only Demographic auth mode callback on /v0.5/users/auth/on-fetch-modes

By Call /v0.5/users/auth/fetch-modes we receive only Demographic Auth mode, other modes not receiving yet.

@IntegrationSupport… thanx for enquired about, this issue occurs for some of health id. for other, its working fine…!!!
