Prescription data not visible at HIU

I can able to fetch health records from the HIP and can view them in the PHR app.

But when I try to generate consent request from HIU,

then I am not able to view the health data at the HIU end, even after granting access at PHR side

When I try to fetch data at HIU side, it should sometimes “Health Information not available for requested patient” and sometimes it shows “couldnt fetch patient data”

I am also getting a similar reply. "Something went wrong ".
sometimes the message is “unable to reach your hospital server”, while through the same servers we are able to add health records etc.,
