Hi, I wanted to understand the boundary conditions for certification with NDHM. If an entity has been shortlisted with one particular idea, is it required for that entity to restrict itself to that particular idea or can it increase the scope when showcasing the solution for certification?
For example, if I apply with the idea of creating an HIP system but want to increase the scope to making a health locker solution.
