PHR Service APIs are failing intermittently

Hi @IntegrationSupport,
PHR Service sandbox registration APIs(registration with HealthId Number, registration with Mobile/Email) are failing intermittently i.e. sometimes these return response immediately but most of the times they keep trying for 15-20 mins and still fail.
APIs which are failing.

Hi @IntegrationSupport team,
In fact, most of PHR App related sandbox APIs are failing(Registration of ABHA address, login with Email/Mobile/ABHA address) NDHM Sandbox PHR App itself is not working. We are building PHR App and our development is blocked because of this, please fix the APIs as soon as possible.
