PHR App : Pull Recored Not Working

Hello,
i cant get call on v0.5/consents/hip/notify Pull Recored
may be i am wrong if Pull Recored calling another Url plz Tell me

in Mobile When You Click on Pull Recored Button From Linked Facility Tab Then i cant Get call From notify

its behaviour like Some Time Getting Call More then 3-4 time when i login or else, but there are no any exact time like if i login multiple time i cant get call , means getting call randomly

this is my Client ID : SBX_002477

note : i am getting call when i grant access Concent Request.

then i am clikcing on Pull Recored from Mobile

then i cant getting any response of it.

We have escalated this issue to the technical team.

Is there data available for that patient you want to fetch?

@IntegrationSupport when we click on pull Recored at that time in bottom of app see msg “Fatch Data in progress” but our PHI application not geting any call back API

yes this patient have medication data available
