PHR App pull records API sequence

In PHR app for fetching the health records after discovery and link is done, the process is given as follows in one of the old dev forum comments.

Can you tell me where I can find the API “cm/v1/patient/consent-request” to send the granted consent to cm from PHR app. Because then only the HIP will be notified to share the data.
I tried to find the API in PHR-app swagger but unable to find it.
OR if this sequence is wrong, can you provide us the right one.

I have one doubt
while click on pull records for 1st time in ABHA SBX APP response was coming in webhook
again i am clicking on pull records for 2nd to lot of time response was not coming in webhook
can u please tell me how the issue is resolve

I am clicking on pull records it was not working i am getting like these error
