PHR App Login Error

Hi NDHM Team,

After entering OTP in Auth URL in web browser(Chrome) and click on login below message is shown and its not redirecting to the PHR App. Tried clearing cache in chrome but still getting same error whereas this was working fine yesterday.

@Shubhanshu_Shukla Now i am getting YearOfBirth empty error…till day before yesterday login with health id was working fine…yesterday start receiving ERR:SESSION error… and now YearOfBirth error… pls look into this ASAP…

Hi @Arvind_Tomar ,

Have registered new patient in PHR App and while logging with PHR App getting error No user account can be found … Attaching the registration screenshot and login error screen shot for reference.

Sorry @Arvind_Tomar – It was my mistake have entered wrong Year of birth.
