OTP not received in Email

Hi @IntegrationSupport, I am trying to create new abha address using my email but I am not receiving any OTP evrn transaction ID is generated in response,

@pranab Kindly look into this issue and help for the same.

@rajeshP sometimes email OTP takes some time due to congestion in server. Kindly confirm if you are receiving it even after delay or not at all.

@pranab, I am not receiving at all for sandbox. I tried from API also from sbx APP.
