Dear Implementors,
To accommodate all the data elements for WHO Smart Vaccination Certificate (SVC), NRCeS have made few changes in Immunization Record, to ensure the SVC data can be generated or stored within the NDHM Immunization Record.

The changelog for Immunization Record and associated resources are listed below:
- Updated Immunization profile
- Addition of BrandName extension
- Made Location and Manufacturer elements MUST SUPPORT
- Added examples Bundle-ImmunizationRecord-for-WHO-SVC and Immunization-example-WHO-SVC.
