Not receiving OTP on /v0.5/links/link/on-init

HI,
following are my request id and transaction id.

requestId: 1dfb29ed-0bec-4027-9790-99945913406d, transactionId: ccecd1f9-20bb-4759-a4d8-ab6aa5be6472

I am calling /v0.5/links/link/on-init api it says 202 accepted but didn’t receive any otp to complete further flow. Authentication type mode is DIRECT.

could please help me on this.

Hi @SangeetaGodhe072,

The issue raised due to OTP not received / verified from HIP side as the HIP system sends an OTP to the patient’s phone number,
Please click here and have look on second pointer for further reference.

Thank you, discovery flow is working fine.

Now i am able to see HIP on link provides in PHR app.

Hi @SangeetaGodhe072, How You verify the OTP From HIP Side Is there any callbacks that you got?
