Not Received callback from abha side

I use https://dev.abdm.gov.in/cm/v1/patient/consent-request api for pull request it’s show 202 with request Id,
but whenever i check status it show Errored and also not received callback from your site, hear we attach some screen short.

4. Screen sort for Patch URL Verification
   

   

5. Screen sort for ngrok for check callback is received or not
   

   

all other callback received like fetchmode init but this callback is not received

I am also having the same issue not able to receive the callback on [v0.5/consents/hip/notify]
