We have successfully created a care context for Prescription and OP consultation in the sandbox EMR HIP. The patient’s ABHA ID is linked with two HIPs (Health Information Providers): ours and MANAKULAR VINAYAGAR MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL CITY CENTRE.
When a consent request is generated from our HIU (Health Information User) and the patient grants the request through the PHR (Personal Health Record) app. While we are receiving a callback from our HIP, we have not yet received a call back from the ABHA sandbox HIP.
If there are any specific steps or configurations required to enable callbacks from the ABHA sandbox HIP, we would appreciate your guidance. Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your prompt response and resolution.
