Not getting subscription request for PHR app on production environment

Hi,

We’re not getting subscription request to our phr when initially user login to our phr app on production. We’ve our PHR and HIP registered as raxa_phr and IN0710000044. We also need an HIU to be registered. Kindly help with the bridge registering the same.
