Not getting callback response for "auth/confirm" API request

I am getting “202 accepted” on postman but on callback url I am not receiving any response. For the APIs prior to this , that is - “auth/fetch-modes” and “auth/init” I am getting the callback response.
@IntegrationSupport, can you help in understanding why this is happening?

This is pipedream screenshot, showing that I received callbacks for other two APIs but when submitting the OTP I am not receiving the callback inspite of getting 202 accepted on postman.
