Hi @IntegrationSupport I linked my health records with my abha but when I am trying to pull my records I am not getting any response from the ABDM PHR APP(SBX).
We are stuck after at the discovery flow and not getting any callback for -
-> (callback) https://dev.abdm.gov.in/gateway/v0.5/consents/hip/notify

@Preet_16 could you please send few more details i.e. what JSON body you are sending or what is the response of API when you are hitting, what was the last API that worked for you or any other relevant details that might be of some use. Right now its just a puzzle for us to figure out what could have went wrong.

I am using ABDM PHR APP and I have linked my health records with my abha successfully-
Now as per my understanding to view my health records I must pull the records and on clicking pull records it should hit the following API-
https://dev.abdm.gov.in/gateway/v0.5/consents/hip/notify
This worked for me once a day before yesterday till afternoon and since then I am trying to pull the records -
But whenever I click on the pull records button it navigates back to the main screen of the application-
Sometimes it shows this error and sometimes it shows nothing.
Please let me know if you need any other details as well.
@Preet_16 have you tried with any other PHR app? are you using the latest version of ABHA SBX? Sometimes we have faced this issue as well. This generally happens when app is not installed with latest .apk or some maintenance activity is going on for app.
@pranab can you please check and confirm if there is some maintenance going on and also if you can provide any latest link for the PHR App for test environment.
I downloaded the application yesterday from the link provided in the documentation- https://sandbox.abdm.gov.in/docs/test_health_repository
@Preet_16 yes, you can download the latest apk from the same link. I can see this issue is coming for few other integrators as well so we have raised it with concerned team. We will update you soon once the issue is resolved from our end.
