Not getting call from gateway after deleting health id

Hello Team,

we are trying to implement the new delete feature but we are not getting calls from the gateway, when we are deleting linked health id from https://healthidsbx.ndhm.gov.in/, we checked in the webhook as well but there is no call from the gateway.

API that we are trying to implement /v0.5/patients/status/notify
