Not Getting call back after calling care-contexts/on-discover and on-notify

We re getting 202 Accepted code on https://dev.abdm.gov.in/gateway/v0.5/care-contexts/on-discover and https://dev.abdm.gov.in/gateway/v0.5/consents/hip/on-notify.
But not getting call backs for /v0.5/links/link/init && /v0.5/health-information/hip/request from ABDM
