Not getting any webhook response to our server

During development of application initially our webhook URL is set to following URL:
https://webhook.site/eebd5d65-eaf0-4208-a78b-dc39a25b6eed

But as we deployed our backend server for sandbox testing so current URL is in our server.
https://betandhm.wbhealth.gov.in

But we are not receiving any response in that server.

Whether any whitelisting required from NDHM side for that server ?

This SSL error is resolved but still not getting response in webhook .

This issue and 3135 issue is similar, so now onward we will update on 3135 issue only.
