Not getting any response for fetch-mode with our environment callback but receiving response on webhook

Hi @IntegrationSupport
I am not receiving any response on our callback URL “https://his.nagalandhealthproject.org/hiprovider” (working 5-6 months earlier) but when replacing with Webhook URL we are getting the response there.

“clientId”: “SBX_001463”

I am also getting response for getService API.

Hi @mohsin this might be an infra level issue from your side because you are getting the callback on webhook. Please check with your team once.
