Not finding the clinic name on PHR app

I’ve pushed some health data on my health id

using the link, this link was provided by ndhm team to push some sample data to test our HIU application.

But when i try to fetch the health data on my phr app i couldn’t find the clinic name that is
Test Clinic Two Ndhm
I’m attaching images of pushing data through that link and not finding the data on my phr app.

There is another HIP you may try working with - uatmy.driefcase.com

We can’t find any method to push data from the other HIP you sent and bajaj API clinic name is not visible in PHR app.
We have to push some health data on a new health id we have created, please help us to push some sample data on it so we can test it
