A recurring issue I’ve been facing for the past two days while attempting to log in to the ABDM sandbox using the following URL: https://sandbox.abdm.gov.in/sandbox/v3/login.
Upon loading the login page, I consistently encountered the following error message: “System encountered an unexpected request failure. Please try again in some time.” Additionally, I have noticed that the captcha image is not loading as expected.
In my attempt to troubleshoot, I have ensured the stability of my internet connection, cleared browser cache and cookies, and even tried accessing the sandbox using different browsers. However, the issue persists.
I am reaching out to seek your guidance on resolving this matter. Could you please investigate the issue and provide any necessary steps or solutions? It seems that the system is experiencing an unexpected request failure, and the captcha image is not loading.
