No Status Update on My Sandbox Application for Days - Need Assistance

I have been eagerly awaiting an update on the status of my sandbox application for the past several days, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any notifications or information regarding its progress.

3 times rejected for “Intent Unclear”, don’t know what Intent they required???
