No callback on wrong OTP

So whenever we are passing a wrong mobile_otp while fetching the access token for linking a care context as a hospital, then no callback is coming back to us. even though the api sends a 202…

API Route:
​/v0.5​/users​/auth​/confirm

Callback Route:
​/v0.5​/users​/auth​/on-confirm

@SaatwikR, can you share the screenshot please. passing an incorrect OTP will always throw error.

So when I enter a wrong OTP, I do not get the callback
But if i enter a 5 digit OTP, the callback is there
