Milestone 1 - Unlock or unblock API's

I am trying with below api and the below bridge id. I am not getting any response. Even status 202 ok, is also not coming

https://healthidsbx.ndhm.gov.in/api/v1/search/searchByHealthId

I again tried the API searchbyhealthid and I am getting “Error: socket hang up”. Refer screen shots below
I have used the V1 api’s from https://sandbox.abdm.gov.in/swagger/ndhm-healthid.json - Hope am right?

Any updates on this. ?
In the API description from - “https://sandbox.abdm.gov.in/swagger/ndhm-healthid.json” there is no X-Token or Authorisation headers mentioned, I have tried both with and without, still facing error.
Other doubt is all api’s here are V1, can you confirm if these are the latest that we should use?
