Locker Failures on production

Hi,

For the past 2 days (24th Aug, 25th August), we are experiencing a very high number of locker creation failures. Until 23rd August, we had 80% success in locker creations But on 24th and 25th, these numbers came down to merely 20-35% in success rates.

We did an RCA and found out 2 major reasons behind these:

  1. We are getting a lot of errors (code 2500) on subscription onInit callback
error.code:2500
error.message:Unknown error occurred
  1. For approving authorization request, when we are calling the GET /cm/patients/requests?status=REQUESTED' API, we are not seeing any authorization requests created that would be approved by us.

Please look Into this.

There was downtime for that that and it was pinned on devforum .
